I went to Brooklyn Car Audio to get a dash cam installed. They did a wonderful job, end to end! First off, they were warm and courteous in scheduling my appointment. Then, when I brought in the dash cam I had purchased from Amazon to be installed, they told me that tons of customers they had installed that dash cam for had had terrible experiences with it and ultimately even had to have it replaced and it was a huge headache, expense, and inconvenience. They recommended a different model to me that they had installed for years and stood by and I am so relieved they gave me this advice in time for me to get the right item installed and then return and get refunded for the one I had originally bought and did not end up opening or using. The price was fair and there were no surprises, and the shop was clean and calm. My husband and I are thinking of upgrading our car’s sound system later this year as well, and if we do, we’ll be calling Brooklyn Car Audio! Highly recommend these guys for their quality work, solid professionalism, and good attitude.

I had to return twice to get my car camera checked, and both times they took care of me with a courtesy inspection. They didn’t have to go the extra mile, but they did—and that kind of service is hard to find.
